Throughout history much has been written about life metaphorically in terms of colour and cloth, for instance: “the colour of life”, “the intimate web of life”, “the bond which binds all together”.  Our life is our own canvas, our own story metaphorically and physically, and I believe the canvas is our own unique weave.  The stitches, textures and colours we introduce, represent the patterns we decide to weave.  The structures formed, are all about us.  When I meet a client and their story begins to unfold during counselling, I am given an overview of their journey.  Each story/journey is so different, and when I treat them I find that I am able, through the energy connection, to help them resolve other pieces of their story from times long past.

We not only see colour, we: sense it, breath it, eat it, bath in it, feel it (blind people feel the vibrations of colour), live in it and wear it.  We also draw on the energies contained within the colour of the cloth and cosmetic worn.
